Accepted File Formats When Final Artwork is supplied
Printhouse will only accept the following formats as final artwork.
Artwork which does not adhere to these specifications will incur
artwork charges.
Adobe Acrobat
version 9 or below (PDF)
Adobe Photoshop
version CS4 or below (PSD or TIFF)
Adobe Illustrator
version CS4 or below (AI, EPS, PDF)
Adobe InDesign
version CS4 or below (INDD)
QuarkXpress
version 7 or below (QXD)

Printhouse Graphics accepts files in PC and MAC Format.
•
All images must be saved in CYMK at 300dpi.
•
Make sure all colours are nominated correctly as PMS or CYMK and are relevant
to the job you are submitting.
•
All artwork must include 2mm bleed (if artwork is to run to edge of product)
•
Where possible please convert your text to paths, curves or outlines.
•
Please supply us with all the relevant files, including linked items, for output (e.g. fonts and graphics).
File Transfer
Email
If you are sending your files through e-mail, please make sure that you have clearly marked who the e-mail is intended for.
Also let us know what files are attached and for what product. Each email sent must not exceed 10mb.
FTP
If you wish to send your files by FTP please contact our office to set up an account.
Removable Media
All removable media should be delivered to PO Box 5536 Mordialloc Vic 3195
Or delivered in person to our retail address 533 Main Street Mordialloc Vic 3195
Proofs
Electronic PDF proofs will be supplied and require approval before we proceed to print.
If you require a hard copy proof, please inform us in writing before approving the file for printing.
If delivery is urgent, please check that your deadline is achievable.
